Daisuke Muremune (died winter 1183) was the daimyo of the Daisuke clan during the Genpei War, reigning from 1175 until his death in 1183.
Biography[]
Muremune was born to the Daisuke clan of North-Central Japan, and was a descendant of the Minamoto. He was a steadfast man with ambitions and made a friendship with the Kamakura Minamoto, his blood relatives. He was killed when the Okura clan conquered his domain.
