Ayyub ibn Tahar (1072-) was a noble of the Cordoba Caliphate.
Biography[]
Ayyub was the second son of Sultan Tahar I of Cordoba and the younger brother of Sultan Miswar I of Cordoba. Ayyub governed the city of Cordoba while his brother was away on campaign against the Castilians and Portuguese during the Reconquista. He was religiously proper and a conscientious trainer, and a natural commander.
